SUMMER 2026 · REGISTRATION OPEN

COLLEGE SOCCER ID
TRAINING

CID (Complete Individual Development) is an elite development program for serious male soccer players with college aspirations. Technical field training, certified strength and conditioning, and coaches who played or coached at some of the highest levels.

The Reality of Player Development

A Week-Long Camp Won't Change Your Game

Prepping for College Soccer ID Clinics? A few days at a summer clinic will not transform your game. Coaches agree — meaningful progress requires sustained, consistent training over time, not a week. If you’re serious about sharpening your ball control, passing precision, weak-foot proficiency, tactical decision-making, and shooting while building the speed and strength to compete at the next level, this is the program built for that.

What we actually work on

we don't just train players; we build prospects!

If you're ready to evolve, this is your program. Join us and elevate your game to the next level.

PROGRAM MISSION

BUILT FOR ATHLETES WHO WANT TO PLAY AT THE NEXT LEVEL

Our mission is to provide elite training in a high-performance environment. Specifically designed for incoming high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors competing at the MLS/ECNL to NPL levels, this 12-week program is dedicated to accelerating individual player development.

Typical Weekly Training Schedule:
Field: Three 2-hour sessions
Strength/Speed/Agility: Four 1-hour sessions (Fitness Center)

Understanding that recovery is vital to growth, our 12-week schedule utilizes strategic ‘active rest.’ By dedicating two days per week to upper-body strength training, we ensure lower-body recovery without pausing overall athletic development.

Full participation is recommended to get the most out of the 12-week block; however, we recognize that summer schedules often include family travel. Please simply notify us if your player will be missing sessions.

WHAT'S IN THE PROGRAM

ON-FIELD TRAINING

Three 2-hour field sessions every week. Ball mastery, 1v1 battles, positioning, weak-foot proficiency, passing precision, dominating challenges, game intelligence, accurate power & placement shooting, the individual skills that college coaches are actually evaluating. Every rep is intentional.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Four 1-hour weight room sessions each week with certified coaches who have trained Power 5, Division I and NFL athletes. You’ll be faster, stronger, and more explosive by week twelve — and you’ll feel it on the field.
